How do I book a trip?

Just contact us and we will assist you at every step.

  • Decide on final Dates , No of passengers Travelling , budget range etc
  • We will email/fax you final itinerary and total amount payable to us, We will also generate a reference number for your request for easy communication.
  • You can courier cheque/draft to us or you can also deposit cash/cheque in our account and inform us of transiction details like cheque number , amount etc. We will immediately verify the same and you will get a email/fax/sms for the same. We will provide you a file number as confirmed booking reference number.
  • We will email/fax/courier you Hotel Exchange Vouchers, Transport vouchers once Hotels are confirmed.
  • We will advice you Contact Number of Executive who will meet to when you reach Sikkim

Traveling in a group?

Travelling in group is more economical , fun filled and more entertaining as each member tends to have different informatation.But one should also keep in mind that service to each individual will not be similar like room category in hotel will be different.

What about my meals?

Most of packages are with Breakfast and Dinner. Vegetarian food is available at all most all places. Jain Food can also be arranged on prior request where ever possible. All meals are on buffet basis and are served in Main Dinning Area.

Cancellation Policy:?

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax /email.Date of booking –

Booking day – 30 days – communication charges of Rs 2000.00 per person

  • 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
  • 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
  • 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
  • 02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge , which will vary from case to case.

Refund:

Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.

Will we follow the itinerary exactly?

Yes, we will try our level best to follow the same but in case our local executive feels unsafe as of road conditions , weather etc they can amend the itinerary and will discuss the same with you.
